You may create anything you like with them(with the exception of anything that can be offered as a download 
i.e. quickpages) and sell your creation, including but not limited to---web design, apparel design, candy wrappers,

~No quickpages/quicktags can be made from kits I have for sale, unless you have gotten written permission from me...

Basically, use these to make kits that you want to resell, but do not use them
